Concrete construction method

• - Install guide line off 1100mm from a rear parking line.
• - Fix a car stoper template with the guide line and then mark a drilling site.
• - Drill a hole Ø17, 50mm depth by a hammer drill.
• - Fix an anchor by inser of set anchor.
• - Insert a car stopper to fixed anchor, tighten the nut.
• - Complete after put of the cap & cleaning.

Asphalt(high pressure block) construction method

• - Make holes Ø17 and 120~150mm in depth, using a hammer drill.
• - Clean up the hole using a blow gun.
• - Fill the hole with epoxy bond to about 1/3 of depth.
• - Align the car stopper with the holes, insert screw bolts, and tighten the screw bolt.
• ※Use an electric or air impact wrench.
• - Put of the cap & clean the product for finish.
• ※Full thread bolt or long set anchors may be used according to the floor condition.
